Upload & share
You can upload your ride data directly from Jespr to your favourite platforms such as Strava and Training Peaks for example. Just name the ride and choose the desired privacy status. This can be done immediately on the spot via the SIM card if installed, or later when you have access to WiFi.
“You can’t buy happiness but you can buy a bike and that’s pretty close”
Compete with your friends! Choose a route and create a race between yourselves. You can view your own and your rivals’ positions at any time, and check the distances between all participants, as well as each other’s performance data.
Friends can become your greatest rivals! With Jespr, a friendly team competition provides the perfect training opportunity to practice racing – or just to have fun.
Not enough focus lately? Beat the ghost – race against yourself! Choose a tour and compete against it. This may be your own personal best, or someone else’s route. You will see the difference between your actual time and the ghost time on a continuous basis. Competing against yourself can be a powerful self-motivator!
“It never gets easier, you just get faster”
“When it’s hurting you, that’s when you can make a difference”
Create a route
Create your own routes directly on the device. Program it with a ‘start’, ‘goal’ and if desired, ‘waypoints’ along the route. These maybe based on ‘address’ or a ‘pin’ on the map. Choose the ground dependent on your bike. Then simply select one of the proposed routes and start the ride!
Import a route
Instead of creating a track on the device, you can simply import one in gpx format. Tracks can be downloaded from some websites, or may be provided by a friend or guide or it may be a route you created yourself on the computer earlier.
Don’t like to be online all the time? Download the relevant map section in advance and use on your way the offline map to navigate.
“Ride as much or as little, or as long or as short as you feel. But ride.”
Display readable in sunlight
The Jespr display is easily readable even in bright sunlight. In contrast to conventional displays, direct sunlight triggers the display to become brighter. This is achieved through transmissive display technology.
The 4″ screen offers enough space to display all information in a clearly legible way. Due to the high resolution, maps are displayed precisely. And the gorilla glass guarantees the necessary robustness.
Open due to Android
Jespr runs on the Android operating system. This gives software flexibility and provides for new functionality on a bike computer. The open platform enables the installation of a wide variety of Android apps.
This open platform also means custom applications can be developed for Jespr. Use your imagination to see what Jespr can accomplish.
For both standard and custom apps, the only condition is that they do not make reference to Google Mobile Services (GMS).
Battery 18 hours
Jespr is supplied as standard with an 18-hour duration battery, which is unheard of in this sector. Finally, multi-day stages without additional charging is now a reality.
Get online via SIM card
Stay connected and be online when you want. Pause for a moment and think about the advantages this brings! Simply insert a SIM card and gain access to live features.
Alternatively without a SIM card, Jespr can be connected to the internet via your smartphone.
